Police officers are searching for two men after a report of aggravated vehicle taking which resulted in two cars being damaged with a repair bill of £9,000.
It was reported that between 6.20pm on Saturday, June 25 and 7.15pm on Sunday, June 26, two males entered the Mercedes Benz garage on Scotswood Road in Newcastle and got access to a car on the forecourt.
The males have then taken turns to drive the vehicle around the forecourt before one collided into a stationary car which was also parked on the forecourt.
