Police are urgently searching for a 44-year-old man who disappeared while visiting family in Essex shortly before Christmas.
Marc Jones, from Marlow in Buckinghamshire, was last seen in Hockley, Essex, around 9am on Saturday, December 23.
He is said to have been visiting family in the Essex town along with his young son, when he went missing.
"He hasn’t been in touch with anyone since then," said Essex Police. "He may still be in the locality."
Police are reportedly carrying out searches in Hockley and in Mr Jones' hometown of Marlow, west of London.
A post in a Facebook group set up to help find Mr Jones describes his disappearance as "completely out of character".
Police say Mr Jones is 5ft 11ins tall, with short dark blond hair.
He was last seen wearing a Canada Goose jacket with a furry collar, brown jeans and a rust-coloured top. He was wearing black trainers and has a cross tattoo on his wrist.
