Police release new CCTV image of missing Oldham man last seen three weeks ago as family 'increasingly concerned'

Police have released a new CCTV image of a man who was last seen three weeks ago. Officers believe this image is the last sighting of Francis Higman, from Oldham.

The 59-year-old was reported missing after last being seen in Oldham on Tuesday, March 29. Today (April 19), Greater Manchester Police has released a CCTV image taken on Newhey Road, in Rochdale, which is described as showing Mr Higman.

The image was taken at around 8am on Friday, April 1. Officers say Mr Higham's family is becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare, and police are determined to find him safe and well.

"His family are becoming increasingly concerned about Francis and we want to make sure he is safe and well. He is described as a white male, 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build, with dark hair. He may be wearing a hi-vis yellow vest on top of the high-vis orange jacket he is wearing in the photo."
