Police have released images of a man they believe can help them with an ongoing probe into a theft and assault in Ayr.
Detectives are investigating an incident which occurred on Friday, March 24 around 11am in the town's Barns Park.
Officers have released images including CCTV pictures of man they believe could assist them.
They are asking for anyone who recognises the man, or has any information to get in touch with them.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police Scotland has released images of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their ongoing enquiries into a theft and assault which occurred on Friday, March 24, 2023, around 11am at Barns Park, Ayr.
"The man pictured or anyone who recognises him, or anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 1182 of 24 March, 2023.
"Alternatively, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where you can give information anonymously."
