The Haryana Police plans to recruit around 20,000 personnel next year as the department works to address a vacancy rate of about 26%, Director General of Police Ajay Singhal said on Monday.
The recruitment drive will follow the appointment of around 5,500 personnel this year. Another 4,000 recruits are expected to join in November, the DGP said.
