Police investigating a fight in Falkirk - which appeared to show a man being 'glassed' in the face - say they are following a positive line of enquiry.
The footage was taken at an underpass on Vicar Street in the town centre at around 11:30pm on Saturday night.
Falkirk Live understands that a young man has been left with serious facial injuries - after what is believed to have been an unprovoked attack.
Cops have been trawling CCTV footage of the area this week in a bid to catch those responsible.
We told on Monday how the video, obtained by Falkirk Live, shows two men charging towards two others, with one shouting "come oan then", before throwing what is believed to have been a glass at the man's face.
He was then punched and kicked at the underpass, before covering his face and dropping to the ground.
Two young women walking past as the carnage unfolded stopped to assist the man.
He's believed to have suffered serious facial injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We can confirm that officers have been investigating a video of an alleged assault in the Vicar Street area of Falkirk.
"We are following a positive line of enquiry."
