A 24-year-old man has been charged following a theft from Morrisons.
Police were called to Morrisons in St Helens at around 8.45pm on Monday, June 20. Luis Campos Fonseca, 24, of New Street, was detained nearby.
The 24-year-old was charged with possession of a knife and shoplifting.

He was remanded into custody to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens adult remand court on Wednesday June 22.
