Police killer Dale Cregan posed for the camera in designer clothing inside a maximum security facility.
Cregan, who only has one eye, was seen wearing a £100 Hugo Boss Green Label polo inside Ashworth Hospital in Maghull, a decade after he murdered two dedicated female officers
He is said to have his arm around a family member in the photo, which was shared on Instagram with the caption "the boys." The picture was slammed by Bryn Hughes, whose PC daughter Nicola was shot by Cregan in 2012.
