Nottinghamshire Police has issued a warning to van drivers after a spate of break-ins in Cotgrave.
Various tools had been taken overnight (July 19), and now police are appealing for help in identifying a car acting suspiciously in the area.
A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: "Please ensure you lock and secure your vehicle and where possible remove any valuable items.
"A small dark blue hatchback style car possibly a Renault Clio was seen acting suspiciously in the area.
"Please contact 101 if you have any information or witnessed anything."
