Police are urgently trying to locate two missing schoolgirls who have not been seen for more than 48 hours.
Alayah, 15, and Zulaikha, 14, were last seen on Tuesday morning and detectives believe they could be together.
The teenagers are from the the Bordesley Green and Alum Rock areas of Birmingham, although it's believed they could be heading to the Wolverhampton area.
The girls' families are "understandably really concerned", detectives investigating their disappearance said.
In a statement released on Twitter, West Midlands Police said: "Have you seen missing teenagers Alayah and Zulaikha?
"The girls, aged 15 and 14, are from the Bordesley Green and Alum Rock areas of Birmingham and they haven’t been seen since Tuesday morning (March 22).
"Zulaikha is described as 5ft 4ins tall, with shoulder length brown hair.
"She was last seen wearing a school uniform; black trousers, a white shirt and tie and a school blazer with a long black coat.
"Alayah is 5ft tall, of medium build and was wearing a long black cardigan, black tracksuit bottoms, long black skirt, white shirt, black headscarf and black shoes.
"She's believed to be carrying a beige bag and a Foot Asylum bag and may be heading to the #Wolverhamton area.
"If you know where these girls are, please call 999 immediately, quoting MPBE/2907/22.
"Or to tell us other information that may help, call 101."
As part of the appeal, West Midlands Police have shared images of Alayah and Zulaikha so members of the public know what they look like should they happen to see them.
