UK prosecutors have authorised 38 new charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate over alleged sexual offences, bringing the total number of charges the brothers face to 59.
The pair were arrested by US Marshals in Miami on Saturday in relation to allegations from four additional victims, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said. They have since requested their extradition to the UK, where they would face a potential trial over the alleged offences including rape, sexual assault, and sex trafficking.
