Merseyside Police has issued an update after arresting three men on suspicion of murder.
At around 3.30pm, on Thursday (June 8), police received a report of a concern for the safety of a man at an address on Huyton House Road, Huyton. Joseph Holland, 25, died at the scene and a murder investigation was launched.
Three men, aged 28, 25 and 36, were arrested on suspicion of murder. Officers have now addressed "understandable concern" in the Huyton area and outlined some of the police's plans for the coming week.

In an update posted on Facebook today (June 10), Knowsley Police said: "There is understandable concern in the Huyton community following the death of Joseph Holland at Huyton House Road.
"The Knowsley Policing Team's Mobile Police Station will be in the area of Huyton House Road and Jubilee Park over the coming days.
"A Community Policing Surgery will also take place at Huyton Police Station on Monday 12th June from 1pm.
"Officers will be on hand to speak to residents, offer advice and take information.
"No appointment necessary.
"Any information can be provided by DM Merseyside Police Contact Centre.

On Friday night (June 9), Joseph Holland's family issued a short tribute through Merseyside Police. They said: “No words could ever describe the loss of our beautiful son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He was loved by everybody.”
