Police have issued an e-fit of a man they are searching for after two men threatened a woman during an aggravated burglary in south-east London.
The incident happened at a property in West Street, Bromley, between 5.10am and 5.30am on February 5.
The Met police said the men “gained entry to the address and threatened the female occupant”, before stealing items including jewellery.
The age of the victim has not been confirmed.
CCTV recovered by police reportedly showed two men dressed in dark clothing running past East Street in the direction of Widmore Street and Market Square around 5.30am.
Police have arrested a 23-year-old man in relation to the burglary. He has been bailed pending further enquiries to a date in mid-May.
They on Friday released an electronically generated image of the other suspect, described as 5ft 8ins tall and of stocky build. He was wearing a blue hoodie and had dark facial hair, say police.
PC Emma Frost, who is leading the investigation, said: “I want to reassure the community that we are doing everything in our power to find this man.
“As the search for him continues, we have placed more officers in the area to help deter any further burglaries.
"I hope that the e-fit image helps to jog someone’s memory. If you know or recognise this man, please come forward to police stating CAD 900/05FEB.”
