Police investigation after Stephen Lawrence killer accused of using phone in prison cell

One of Stephen Lawrence’s killers has been referred to police for investigation after he was accused of taking selfies in his prison cell and sending them to friends.

The Ministry of Justice confirmed earlier this week it was investigating the alleged security breach involving David Norris. The incident has been referred to the police.
