A MAN and woman have been found dead inside a house in Greenock.
Officers were called to a location on Banff Road just after 5pm on Friday after receiving reports of concern for the people inside.
Police arrived and discovered the bodies of a man and a woman with the deaths currently being treated as “unexplained”.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 5.05pm on Friday police were called to a property in Banff Road, Greenock, following a report of concern for the people within.
“Officers attended and the bodies of a man and woman were discovered. The deaths are currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.”
