Police are investigating a deliberate fire at a property in the Holylands area of South Belfast.
The emergency services were called to the incident on Carmel Street at 11.23pm on Tuesday, May 24, following reports of a fire at an unoccupied property.
Three appliances were sent to the scene, two from Cadogan Fire Station and one from Central, with firefighters dealing with the blaze by 12.57am.

It is being treated as deliberate ignition and there were no reports of any injuries.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are investigating a fire at a house in the Carmel Street area of south Belfast last night (Tuesday, May 24).
"Officers attended the incident, shortly after 11.20pm, alongside the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and there were no reports of any injuries as a result of the fire which is being treated as suspicious at this time.
