Chelsea and the Metropolitan Police are investigating after a fan confronted Newcastle goalkeeper Martin Dubravka during Tuesday’s Carabao Cup quarter-final at Stamford Bridge.

A Chelsea supporter entered the field of play and appeared to push Dubravka after Mykhailo Mudryk scored a stoppage-time equaliser to take the game to penalties.
