Police intercept drone carrying drugs and mobile phones near Strangeways

Strangeways

A drone, drugs and mobile phones have been intercepted by police near Strangeways prison.

Officers are now appealing for the public's help to trace to owner, following the discovery on Wednesday.

The items are also being sent away for forensic examination, with police warning 'the owner will have some questions to answer'.
