Police hunt woman who pushed man onto tracks at London station

Officers believe the woman pictured in the CCTV image may have information that could help with their investigation - (British Transport Police)

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman they want to speak to after a man was pushed onto the train tracks at Worcester Park railway station.

British Transport Police said the incident happened at around 10.30am on Tuesday, September 30, when a woman pushed a man off the platform and onto the tracks.

The victim was taken to hospital, where he was treated for a broken shoulder blade, collar bone, ribs and nose, as well as cuts to his legs.

Officers believe the woman pictured in the CCTV image may have information that could help with their investigation.

Anyone who recognises her is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 189 of 30 September.

Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
