Police are searching for a hooded pervert who was seen engaging in a sex act on a busy Scots street this afternoon.
Officers launched a probe after the incident happened near the Lloyds Pharmacy on Mars Hill in Alloa at around 1pm on Thursday, October 13. The lone man was observed engaging in a sexual act in the street and cops are now appealing for information.
The suspect is described as a white male, around 5'8" tall, of really slim build and in his early to mid 40's. He had dark eyes, stubble on his face and light brown hair which was receding at the sides with grey through it.
The man was wearing a dark coloured hooded rain type jacket that came to his hips and light coloured walking type trousers.
