Police hunt for men 'armed with baseball bats' who fled crash in Bristol

Police are hunting a number of males in possession of baseball bats who reportedly fled the scene of a crash in Bristol. On Sunday, December 4, at around 11-11.30pm on Robertson Road a crash between two vehicles took place where witnesses saw a number of males flee armed with baseball bats.

Police believe the incident to possibly be in connection with an assault and a cannabis grow that was subsequently discovered at a residential address nearby. A grey BMW X5 and a silver Mercedes Vito were involved in the collision, officers attended and carried out an area tour but those involved had already left the scene.

Avon and Somerset Police are now appealing for information, a spokesperson said: "A cannabis grow was subsequently discovered at a residential address nearby and the plants were seized.
