A man's body was found in a car in moorland village. The discovery was made in Lydgate in Saddleworth on Friday evening.
Police said there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
A resident said that police were at the scene throughout Saturday as well as forensics officers.

In a statement Greater Manchester Police said: "Shortly after 6:15pm on Friday 17 March GMP were called to concerns for welfare of a man in a vehicle on Quick Road, Lydgate. Sadly, the man was pronounced dead on the scene.

"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the man’s death, but it is not believed to be suspicious."
