Authorities in Rosenberg, Texas, are currently engaged in water rescues as the region faces relentless downpours from Hurricane Beryl. The impact of the storm has been particularly severe in Rosenberg, with officers utilizing high water vehicles to assist in rescue operations on Avenue N.
Even before Hurricane Beryl made landfall early Monday morning, the outer bands of the storm had already begun saturating the area with rain. However, the intensity of the rainfall has significantly increased as the storm progresses towards Rosenberg, located approximately 25 miles southwest of downtown Houston.
