Police have issued an appeal for help to find a missing boy from Leigh. Joseph Chantler was last seen on Warwick Road on Monday, December 19. The 14-year-old was spotted at around 2pm, police said.
He is described as being a white male who is 5ft 10in tall. He has dark brown hair and was last seen wearing a black jogging top and bottoms and a black coat with a hood.

He was also carrying a black bag and was wearing blue Nike React shoes, police added. Officers shared two pictures of Joseph on the Greater Manchester Police Facebook page as part of an appeal for help to find him.
Alongside the photos, police said: "#APPEAL | Can you help police find Joseph from #Leigh? Joseph Chantler (14) was last seen on Warwick Road, Leigh, at around 2pm on Monday 19 December 2022.
"He is described as 5 foot 10, white male, with dark brown hair, dressed in a black jogging top and bottoms, a black coat with a hood, a black bag, and black and blue Nike React shoes. Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Joseph and want to make sure he is safe and well."
