Police CCTV appeal after suspect masturbated on London Bridge train in broad daylight

Police issued an urgent CCTV appeal after a man was spotted masturbating on board a London train in broad daylight.

The suspect exposed himself to a woman passenger he sat opposite on the Southeastern service between London Bridge and Grove Park stations.

The shocked victim looked up to see he was performing a sola sex act on himself while staring at her at 9.20am on Sunday, February 4.

Detectives would like to speak to the man, who appears to be wearing a £1,700 Canada Goose jacket in the image, believing he may have information that could help their investigation.

A British Transport Police spokesman said: “Officers are appealing for information after a man exposed himself and masturbated on board a Southeastern train between London Bridge and Grove Park stations.

“At around 9.20am on Sunday, 4 February a man boarded the service at London Bridge station and sat opposite a woman. When she looked up she saw that he was exposing himself and masturbating while looking at her.”

Anyone who recognise the man, or have any information about the incident, are urged to contact officers by texting 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 145 of 4 February.
