Police carry out new searches amid 36-year hunt for missing Royal Navy sailor

Police have been carrying out further searches in Gibraltar into the disappearance of a Royal Navy sailor more than 36 years ago.

Simon Parkes, from Bristol, was last seen in December 1986 when the ship he was serving on, HMS Illustrious, was docked in the territory.
