Police officers have been called to a suspected stabbing at a major shopping centre.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed officers attended the Manchester Arndale this evening.
They say the incident is believed to be isolated.
It is currently unclear the nature of any injuries.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: "We are currently dealing with a stabbing within the Arndale shopping centre.
"It's believed to be an isolated incident, with no wider threat to the public."
