Police brand motor 'death trap' after driver without insurance or MOT pulled over on M80

A motor was branded a 'death trap' by police after the driver was pulled over on the M80 for allegedly driving without insurance or an MOT.

The caddy was stopped on the motorway near the village of Haggs in Falkirk on Friday, November 4 by Forth Valley Road Policing officers who had been hunting the van for some time.

The vehicle was stopped sometime yesterday for issues such as a detached/cracked leaf spring (Police Scotland)
