The Metropolitan Police is braced for an outbreak of “school wars” spreading across London after children as young as 11 were encouraged via social media adverts to fight rival pupils.
Just weeks after two boys were stabbed at Kingsbury High School in Brent, posts have multiplied calling on youngsters to “be violent” and arm themselves with compasses, metal combs, scissors, rulers and weapons including kitchen knives and fireworks.
