Police arrest 20-year-old suspect for Ohio shooting that left 12 wounded

Police have arrested 20-year-old Eljay Crisp-Carr as the second suspect in a shooting that left 12 people injured at an Ohio neighborhood street festival last weekend.

Crisp-Carr was taken into custody on Thursday and charged with 11 counts of felonious assault.
