Police are searching for a dementia sufferer who has gone missing from a south Manchester care home

Police are appealing for the public's help to find a dementia sufferer who has gone missing from a care home in south Manchester. Marghani Abubakar, 60, left Richmond Care in Longsight at 6.55am on Thursday.

He was last seen on Parrs Wood Road at around 5.30pm that day. Mr Abubakar, who also has type-2 diabetes, is described as a 6ft and of average build.
