Police are appealing for more information following a three vehicle crash on the junction at Spittal Road and Alloway Drive and Rutherglen earlier today, October 7.
The incident took place at around 1pm between a Kia Venga, a Toyota Yaris and a Skoda Citigo.
Two children from the Toyota Yaris were taken to the Royal Hospital for Children as a precaution. The driver of the Kia Venga was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

Sergeant Laura Thomson said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash and to also view any dash-cam footage from motorists in the area at the time.
“If you have any information you believe may assist officers with their inquiry, please call police via 101 quoting reference number 1528 of Friday, 7 October 2022.”
There are no details regarding injuries at this time.
