Police appeal for help after teenage boy assaulted in Ilkeston by man and woman

Police officers are appealing for witnesses and information after a teenager was assaulted. A teenage boy was assaulted by two adults in Ilkeston at around 6:30pm on Thursday, January 5.

The 15-year-old boy was changing the chain on his bike at Wash Meadow Park when he was approached by a man and woman who threatened him before the woman pushed him off his bike. The man has been described as white, in his 30s, around 5ft 9in tall, and of medium build with short hair.

The woman has been described as white, in her 30s, and of slim build with dark hair in a ponytail. Derbyshire Constabulary's Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team for Ilkeston are appealing for any witnesses or anyone information about the incident to come forward.
