Police have released the image of a man they'd like to speak to after a racist attack in the city centre.
Detectives are investigating a hate crime, after a man allegedly racially abused and assaulted a man and woman on Grove Street, at around 3.20pm on Monday, March 21. It's reported the victims were driving electric scooters along Low Hill, towards Grove Street, when they were targeted.

Police say the two were racially abused and the man was assaulted, leaving him with minor injuries.
Officers have now released a picture of a man they would like to speak to in connection with their enquiries.
Detective Inspector Tony Roberts said: "Hate will not be tolerated in any form by Merseyside Police and we are working to find the person responsible for this incident and bring them to justice. I am appealing to anyone who recognises the man featured in this image, to come forward. We believe he could hold vital information to our continuing enquiries.
"Similarly, if you were in the Grove Street area at the time of the incident and saw anything, then do come forward. We understand that a member of the public intervened during the incident to help the victims. If this was you, then please get in touch.
