Police appeal after man performs sex act on London Underground

Police Charing Cross Northern Line

Police have released an image of a man wanted in connection with a serious public order offence on the London Underground.

The incident occurred on July 20 at around 3.30am on a Northern Line train between Charing Cross and Tottenham Court Road stations.
