Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to after a £450 mountain bike was stolen from a tram stop. The incident occurred at the Wilkinson Street tram stop, in Basford, on November 29, 2022, between 8.30am and 9am.
A man is alleged to have stolen the mountain cross country bike from a 16-year-old victim. Police say the victim was left "extremely upset" by the theft.
Officers have carried out a number of inquiries to find the person responsible and are now calling on the public’s help. Officers have now released a picture of a man who they'd like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Police Constable Sarah Gooch, who is investigating the incident, said: “This was an expensive bike, and the victim has been left extremely upset by the theft.
“We are doing everything we can to find the person responsible for this crime. We have released an image of a man we wish to speak to who could help us with our investigation.
