Like most other Pokémon titles, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have eight gym leaders that players need to take down in order to prove themselves through the games’ story. Due to the open world structure of Scarlet and Violet, you can technically fight the gym leaders in absolutely any order you want, a first for the series.
