Pointless viewers have been left divided this week after witnessing Sally Lindsay host the gameshow alongside Alexander Armstrong.
The former Coronation Street star has been in the hot seat as a guest host following the departure of Richard Osman.
As fans of the BBC series watched Thursday's episode, they were quick to take to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: "#Pointless I think Sally is settling in nicely," while another tweeted: "I actually quite like Sally doing #Pointless but I don’t like the reading of a real laptop thing."
However, other viewers weren't so keen as one posted: "Can’t warm to Sally being the new co-host #pointless," and another added: "Anyone else missing Richard Osman. Not the same #pointless."
Someone else fumed: "#Pointless is unwatchable now with #SallyLindsay in #RichardOsman chair. #BBC need a drastic rethink."
Thursday's episode of Pointless saw Sally and Alexander send their commiserations to contestants Anne and Sheila who sailed through to the final round but failed to win the £3,250 jackpot.
Unfortunately, the two women got their Christmas songs mixed up during their final challenge and Sally looked absolutely gutted for them.
"I'm so, so sorry Anne and Sheila," she said after reading out some of the correct answers.
Earlier this week, Richard responded to criticism about Sally hosting the gameshow.
Despite criticim from BBC viewers, former host Richard took to Twitter to share his excitement about the new panel as Sally took the hot-seat on Tuesday.
"So excited about watching this. The first time I've ever been able to watch Pointless and actually play along without knowing the answers already," the former presenter tweeted.
"Good luck to the first of the ace new co-hosts," he added.
Pointless continues weekdays at 5:15pm on BBC One.
