KURUKSHETRA: The teams of Kurukshetra and Kaithal health department busted a gender determination racket being run from a room in the Kurukshetra district, following which, the Haryana police arrested three accused persons on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, the civil surgeon of Kaithal district received the tip-off that gender determination tests are being conducted illegally by some unregistered person in Kaithal and Kurukshetra districts. A joint team of both districts was deputed to bust the racket.
