PM Narendra Modi underlines importance of infra projects to boost economy of eastern India

RANCHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday underlined the importance of infrastructure projects in boosting the economy of any region.

While dedicating 13 different projects — including Deoghar airport, indoor facility at AIIMS, several road projects in the state, LPG bottling plant etc and laying foundation of 12 infrastructure projects, collectively worth Rs 16,800 crore from temple town Deoghar on Tuesday — he spoke only about the projects.
