The forecast in Nottingham for Friday looks dry but overcast, with sunny intervals in the evening. Temperatures are expected to peak at around 18C locally, according to the current Met Office forecast.
On Saturday, Nottingham is expected to see cloudy conditions with sunny intervals in the afternoon, while on Sunday the Met office forecast predicts overcast conditions with light showers by late morning. Weekend temperatures in the area look set to peak at 15-16C.
Tens of millions of people across the country are expected to join the Platinum Jubilee festivities over the weekend. Street parties will be held in local communities across the UK, with the Big Jubilee Lunch due to take place on Sunday (June 5th).
Pubs in England and Wales are also being allowed to open two hours later from Thursday to Saturday inclusive. This means they’ll be able to keep serving customers until 1am rather than the usual 11pm.
