Plans to redevelop a west London school and build 307 homes have been rejected over concerns about the scale and consultation with the local community.
Future Academies and developer London Square had proposed to knock down parts of the existing Phoenix Academy by White City to carry out £40 million-plus worth of upgrades. These would have included a new sports hall, library and music studios, as well as the homes.
