Plans for over 200 new homes to be built in Cardiff by housebuilder Redrow have been revealed. The Flintshire-headquartered firm has submitted a hybrid planning application to Cardiff Council for the development of 32 acres of land at Church Farm in Lisvane to the north of the Welsh capital.
The application would see the rollout of the Church Farm development in two phases, with the first phase proposing 61 new two, three and four-bedroom homes, a play area, open space, and landscaping. New vehicle access from Redrow's Churchlands development, which will be connected to the new development, is also planned with internal roads, footpaths and cycleways.
The second phase consists of up to 144 new homes being built plus a public open space and vehicle access routes that the housebuilder says will ensure connectivity with future developments. BNP Paribas have been advising the land owner.
