Plans have been submitted to add 200 more properties to a growing Nottinghamshire estate. Housebuilders have submitted a plan to build 200 more homes at the large Field Farm housing development off Ilkeston Road, Stapleford.
This would allow developer Peveril Homes to start the third stage of the housing project, as set out in an outline planning permission. A local centre, which could have included shops and other services, was taken out of this part of the development following Broxtowe Borough Council planning committee feedback.
A Peveril Homes spokesperson said: “The application is the reserved matters details for the remaining part of the field farm development, which has the benefit of outline planning permission.
