Plans to build 144 new houses next to the M4 motorway in Cardiff have been approved. Independent housebuilder Dandara has received planning consent for its new Sant Silian development in OId St Mellons, which is located less than a mile from one of Cardiff's busiest retail parks.
The new project on Bridge Road will deliver two, three, four and five-bedroom family homes, which will eventually form part of a wider development along the Rhymney River, including a community centre, school, allotments and a riverside park.
