Plans have been submitted for flats to be built at a former coal yard in a Nottinghamshire town. Nine one-bedroom properties would be erected at the former Scattergoods Coal Merchants site in Church Street, Arnold, under the proposals.
The application, submitted by Prime Group Director’s Pension Scheme on Friday, May 19, says they will provide an independent living scheme. It would also include communal office space.
A Planning, Design and Access statement submitted to Gedling Borough Council by GPS Planning & Design Limited to accompany the full planning application states: "The application site, which amounts to 1121sqm, is situated on Church Street, within the built-up area of Arnold.
