Planning to kill singer Sidhu Moose Wala began in August 2021: Punjab police

CHANDIGARH: Punjab police's anti-gangster task force (AGTF) head ADGP Promod Ban said on Thursday that planning for eliminating singer-rapper Sidhu Moose Wala had started in August 2021 and recces were conducted at least thrice.

The shooters had reached Mansa on May 25 and succeeded in killing Moose Wala on May 29 using AK-series weapons and 9mm pistols. The ADGP said a total of 13 accused had been arrested in the case till now.
