HUB and Bridges Fund Management have submitted plans for a 205-home build-to-rent development on Beaverhill Road in Edinburgh.
This will include 52 affordable homes, as well as workspace co-designed with locals, a new publicly-accessible courtyard and a large mural on one of the external walls.
The proposals replace an existing warehouse building, making use of a brownfield city centre site.
