Planet Circus have allegedly been on the lookout for a new trainee for a number of years, but the global Covid pandemic bestowed stringent restrictions on how the organisation operate. However, with restrictions being fully dropped in the entertainment industry, the leading circus are once again able to interview and recruit new talent.
Opening up about the exciting opportunity further, Planet Circus PA Jo McMullan, told Chronicle Live : "Andreea has been wanting an assistant for a few years now but Covid hit, so she hasn’t been allowed any interaction with anyone outside of the circus to interview and practice with.
"Now things have eased off she would love someone to join her as she’s got a few new gags she’s eager to try out but needs another clown to assist her."
Planet Circus will begin their six show stint at the Rainton Arena tonight (24 May) - performing each night until Sunday (29 May).
Those who are interested in applying for the position are asked to get in touch with Planet Circus via their official Facebook page.
