A plane was spotted flying over Liverpool carrying a poignant tribute to a dad shot dead in Dingle.
The funeral service for Sam Rimmer was held at St Antony's Church on Scotland Road in Vauxhall today, as a banner was flown overhead in his memory. Dozens of mourners turned out to pay their respects to Sam, who died after being shot in the chest on Lavrock Bank in Dingle last month.
The 22-year-old's coffin was accompanied by white flowers which spelled out the word 'daddy.' Detectives investigating Sam's murder released new information on Tuesday about the final movements of the electric bikes ridden by the murder suspects.
